By using the services of Voyago Travel, browsing our website, or completing any booking or purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Voyago Travel is operated by Refocus HQ, headquartered in Belize City, Belize.

Voyago Travel provides full-service travel agency services including hotel bookings, vacation packages, flight arrangements, car rentals, transfers, activities, group travel, cruise bookings, U.S. visa assistance, travel club membership, corporate travel certificates, and travel advisor partnerships.

All services are subject to availability. Voyago Travel reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Voyago Travel. Quoted prices are not guaranteed until full payment has been received and a booking confirmation has been issued.

Advertised package prices cover hotel stays only unless explicitly stated otherwise. Hotel taxes, incidentals, international flights, and travel insurance are not included unless specifically noted on the package page.

Voyago Travel reserves the right to correct pricing errors at any time prior to issuing a booking confirmation.

All payments made to Voyago Travel are processed securely through our authorized payment merchant. Please note that payment transactions may appear on your bank or card statement under Refocus HQ, the parent company of Voyago Travel. This is normal and does not indicate an error.

In the event that a chargeback or payment reversal is requested by the client, the refund will be issued less any bank processing fees, transaction fees, bank charges, and chargeback fees incurred as a result of the reversal request. These deductions will be reflected in the amount returned to the client. By completing a payment, the client acknowledges and agrees to this policy.

For payment disputes or questions, please contact us directly via Email Us or WhatsApp before initiating a chargeback with your financial institution.

Cancellation and modification policies vary by hotel, package, and supplier. Specific terms will be communicated at the time of booking. Some bookings may be non-refundable.

To request a cancellation or modification, contact your Voyago advisor as early as possible via WhatsApp at +501 616-7644 or by email at discover@voyagotravel.com.

Clients are solely responsible for ensuring they hold valid passports, visas, and any other travel documentation required for their destination. Voyago Travel provides visa guidance as a support service only and cannot guarantee visa approval.

Voyago Travel strongly recommends that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance prior to departure.

Voyago Travel acts as an agent for third-party suppliers including hotels, airlines, tour operators, and cruise lines. We are not liable for the acts, omissions, or negligence of any third-party supplier, nor for any loss, damage, injury, or expense resulting from supplier failures, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the use of our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Voyago Travel for the booking in question.

Voyago Travel Club membership is granted at the sole discretion of Voyago Travel. Membership benefits, terms, and any associated fees will be disclosed during the onboarding process. Membership may be revoked for violation of these Terms or for abuse of benefits.

Corporate Travel Certificates are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Each certificate entitles the holder to one 2-night hotel stay in Orlando, FL or Miami, FL, subject to availability. Hotel taxes are not included. Certificates have no cash value and may not be combined with other offers.

Voyago Travel collects personal information solely for the purposes of providing travel services and communicating with clients. We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties. For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belize. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belize.

Voyago Travel reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
